How do I choose the correct size for my cosplay?
Since our sizes are based on international standards, we recommend checking the detailed size chart on each product page. Always measure your bust, waist, and hips, and allow for 1-3cm of error. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates listed on the product page. These dates are based on factory production schedules and may be subject to change. We will notify you via email once the production is complete and your order has been dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made items, wigs, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Do you ship worldwide and how much is shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries globally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your destination. Standard and Express shipping options are available for most regions.
Are the wigs and shoes included with the costume?
Unless specifically stated as a 'Full Set' or 'Bundle,' wigs and shoes are sold separately. Please read the 'Package Includes' section on each product description page to see exactly what accessories are included with the outfit.
I received a damaged or missing item. What should I do?
Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a partial refund as soon as possible.
