Returns & Exchanges

At Uwowo Cosplay, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your transformation; if your costume or accessory doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return or exchange request with your order number and photos of the item.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the item is eligible for return and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the costume in its original packaging including all accessories and tags, then ship it to our designated warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Process Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched.
